ASA

  • Cannot be harmful misleading or offensive
  • Code of practice which focuses on making sure print radio and magazine adverts aren’t offensive misleading or harmful

This is bad because its saying that cheating and being dishonest is acceptable as long as they do their workouts which is promoting harmful relationships.

This is bad as its disrespecting their customers showing they have no care to their customers as long as they buy the food showing selfishness and promoting a wide spread of illnesses

This is misleading because it states it will give you wings

This is highly offensive due to religious beliefs and the idea of race and “tasting chocolate” sexually explicit

Craven A is promoting cigarettes
Maltese’s are promoting Maltese’s

Craven a claims that is soothes throat
Maltese’s claims is will make you skinny

Both are sexualising women

Both couldn’t make these claims as birth are promoted as bad and unhealthy and part of an unhealthy lifestyle

The asa would say it’s promoting bad health
